Loopends Publisher (“we”, “us”) is a tool operated by Loopends, an independent digital content project, used to publish our own original content to our own social media accounts through the official APIs of platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. This policy explains how we handle information in connection with that activity.

1. Who we are

2. Scope

Loopends Publisher is an internal publishing tool. It does not provide accounts, logins, or services to the public, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from visitors of this website.

3. Information we handle

• Authorization tokens. When we connect our own social accounts, the platforms issue access tokens. We store these securely and use them solely to publish and manage content on our own accounts.
• Content. Media and text that we create and choose to publish.

We do not collect, sell, or process personal information about other people through this tool.

4. Third-party platforms and APIs

Our tool interacts with third-party platforms through their official APIs:

• YouTube. Our use of YouTube API Services is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or revoke third-party access to a Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• TikTok. Our use of TikTok is subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can manage app access from your TikTok account settings.

We do not share stored tokens with any other third party.

5. Data retention and security

Access tokens are stored on infrastructure we control, retained only for as long as needed to operate our publishing, protected with reasonable security measures, and revoked when no longer needed.
